And Florida overall is the worst hot spot for Covid-19 right now

in the US, maybe in the world?

Not really surprising, that more positive test cases will be found in the states with the worst infection rates right now.

Sigh...

Meanwhile, what's going on at MLB? TUESDAY'S games cancelled? All, some?

We in Jersey have seemingly got past the worst phase, but anyone questioning Gov. Murphy's reluctance to reopen any quicker than he has to this point should think long and hard about the wisdom of precipitous actions.

We still don't know enough about it's spread! It's frustrating as hell.
I’m worried we might not get a season

Two things...

The rookies most likely did not catch COVID in Florida. They only reported late last week.

Second, the Vikings just reported four cases, including their 1st-round pick.

As I've said all along, a bunch of players are going to show up with COVID because it all throughout the country.

Look for similar results in other hot spot states: CA, TX, AZ...

But yeah, Bugs and the ripsaw comes to mind again and again.

and honestly I can see why the lack of concern for this virus has lead to increased numbers across the state..

But..to correlate these athletes playing for a franchise here as being the reason for positive tests is lame.

Most of these players have been in their home states (all over the country) until JUST reporting. Positive tests are going to happen on every team.
Eric, blitz, got it re it's likely not

"Florida related".

Or at least most likely not... Is it possible to contract it overnight in a hotel or other setting where the virus is more prevalent and test positive for it within 24 hours? 48 hours?

Does anyone know the answer to these questions?

Possible, yes, but more likely that they contracted it prior
