NFT: Yankees to play at Baltimore 7/29 and 7/30

BigBluesman : 7/28/2020 3:31 pm
If you were wondering like I was about NYY's return status:

This makes sense

because Philly plays down in Miami next week and the Yanks would have been in Baltimore... so next week you just have Yanks / Philly as would have been and Blt plays (maybe) Miami ...

but why no DH tomorrow to start to get these teams back on track?
and by the way

they should have made that swap yesterday when it was obvious Miami and Philly wouldnt be playing for a few days
like a pick up

to spray negativity about MLB's ability to navigate through this (which isn't surprising given public opinion about how the labor negotiation side of the COVID situation went), but the past ~ week of testing other than the Marlins has been squeaky clean. There is some cause for cautious optimism.

I certainly get where the Dodgers are coming from, but that bench clearing episode with very few players masking... not a good luck. If I'm a player making 37% of my salary this year as it is, i settle those scores in 2021 and I'm just trying to get through this season healthy and with that money in the bank
