RFA out of WV IIRC last year.

Sills remains a first-year player, but not a rookie.

Somebody should mention this distinction to RV. I’m sure he will take the correction well, and not get defensive at all. 😉

Wishing Sills well. Hope the designation is just precautionary. Players with little or no game tape don‘t have much time to impress the new staff.

Reminded me of Joe Jurevicious - not spectacular, but good route runner and great hands. Hope for the best for him.
