stretchered off near the end of the Leafs game - didn't look serious at the time, but on replay looks like while he was on the ice his head connected with Bjorkstrand's knee.

I didn't think it looked that bad, either. But he was down for ~15 minutes. Hope he's okay, as well (obviously).

not sure what the NHL will do, but youth hockey eliminated the handshakes - we had a youth tournament in new hampshire last weekend and after the game instead of shaking hands the kids lined up on their respective blue lines and just basically tapped their sticks on the ice in a show of respect toward their opponent.

I doubt the NHL keeps the handshakes, but being in the bubble and sharing hotels, restaurants and recreational spaces with their rival players probably would make handshakes harmless.

We may find out tonight if the Canes win the first elimination game.

Bobrovsky forced Pageau into the non-shot on the 2 on 1, he's a good goalie but they drafted Spencer Knight #13 overall so why sign Bob to a 10-year deal?

anyway, I thought 1st period had good pace and NYI did enough to thwart the FLA 1st line skill.
