I was thinking to myself at one point that you were more knowledgeable than even the typical journalist interviews you hear on WFAN or whatever. Maybe that’s not a surprise, fans care more and are really plugged in but I thought it was more interesting and informative than a lot of what you typically hear.
Especially notable when these shows in New York have national NFL media types on to talk about the Giants and Jets. They might know transaction details or hear some behind the scenes stuff but the level of knowledge and insight is often much lower.

Thanks Oscar. But I'm just a fan who pays attention.
Gave it a listen yesterday and excellent job overall
But I'd like to bust your chops about your statements that the WR group is good to go, essentially agreeing with Schmeelk.
Weren't you more an advocate (with many supporters on BBI) of WR as a position of need prior to the 2020 draft?
Did you walk that back to agree with host Schmeelk, have you changed your tune, or am I remembering that wrongly?
Apologies if I misread or misremembered your pre-draft take on the WR position.
WR is a position of need for a number of reasons, including Shepard's long-term health status and Tate's age, but IF (big if) everyone stays healthy this year, and if Darius' play wasn't a mirage last year, then this year is more than capable of being a strong group.
Between this one and the one you did a week ago - you’re a natural at the podcast. Have you ever thought about launching one of your own? I think it would be absolutely awesome.

We did a few years ago with John McDevitt. And he got great guests like Reese, Simms, Carson, Marshall, many current players at the time, beat reporters (Garafolo was a regular), but it just never really took off.

Damn. I understand it’s a huge time commitment for little or no money. Are those archived somewhere?
They all archived for years, but I noted recently that the host took them down.
I did save a few of my favorite ones with Simms, Marshall, etc.
Here is one with Phil Simms... fast forward to the 20-minute mark. Phil was great. We kept thinking he wanted to go but he said he wanted to stay on. (BTW, I was like a little kid interviewing him because I grew up idolizing him when I was a teen).

BTW, we interviewed Amani Toomer in this episode too. Phil Simms Interview (20-minute mark) - ( New Window )
Thanks! The last two podcasts have been fun. Nice to focus on football.
By the way its time to get a updated picture, how old is that picture, we do tend to get old.

Screw that!!!! I am not aging!
