Sigh...
Lol. Unreal.
AARON JUDGE
OF, NEW YORK YANKEES
Aaron Judge (lower body) remained out of the Yankees' lineup Friday.
Judge didn't play Wednesday due to lower body tightness and apparently the off day Thursday wasn't enough to get him over the hump. Consider him day-to-day for the time being. Mike Tauchman is in right field and Clint Frazier is at designated hitter.
Neither can Stanton for that matter.

Prior to tonight's game, the Yankees placed OF Aaron Judge on the 10-day IL with a right calf strain (retroactive to 8/12) and recalled INF Thairo Estrada (#71) from the Alternate Site.
No question about how Frazier is going to get into the lineup now. He's going to play every day now. Hope he makes the most of it.

I love Judge. But he just can't stay healthy; even in a shortened season. :(

Yep.

Okay, I'm not a social media type myself.
Didn't see it on any site, including the Yes network.

Probably missing most of this season.
That's 3 seasons now he's missed a considerable chunk of the year.
and up 0-2 he walks the 2nd guy...

8-1 and this DB walks the 1st guy he sees.

And then a single. What a scrub
I completely agree. Just a gutless and garbage performance.
The under hand toss. It takes to damn long to get to the bag.
Almost time for a snooze.
It's too bad their fan base only has to suffer through 60 games rather than 162. They're laugh out loud bad
Great smackdown. Consistent hitting the whole game.

throwing a 3-2 curve to Jackie Bradley Jr., oh my.
Have to take advantage of their AAA pitches they have.
Ottavino was very crisp, best he has thrown all year.
Three straight fastballs to Martinez, the last one painting the black on the outside corner. Nasty slider to Boegarts
to strike him out, if he throws like that, very tough.
Fans exhibit so much long term worry lately. He’s got a mild calf strain. Ok judge missed a lot of time in 2019. It’s happened before.
That has to be one of the hardest hit balls at Yankee stadium. If not the hardest hit. Not only did it go 457 but it got there on a line. What a shot.

Honestly I think 457 is a little light. That thing sailed directly over the 399 sign, over the pen and halfway up the bleachers. Gary is infuriating and has a lot of downside behind the plater and with his plate discipline but when he gets a hold of one he gets a hold of one. Can't deny that.
