Hopefully they get it together, Gamepass is how I watch the NFL now for the most part. Especially right now with bars out of the question

I signed up for GamePass in order to watch the Giant games this season.
I paid for and signed up last night in order to test it out, and it all seemed to work fine for me.
They really have some great things to watch on there. I'm going to enjoy it, but I will hate having to wait until the Giant game is over to watch it. That part will stink.
TV, check to see if you need to download updates to the TV. My TCL would not let me log into MLB Extra Innings(Or MLB did not recognize me). I went to options, found updates (there were 24) downloaded and when I went back to Extra Innings I was able to log back in....
The only drawback I can see is that I won't watch any football until I watch the giants game to avoid spoilers. But I guess the advantage is you can watch abbreviated versions of the other games during the week?
Funny thing is it worked fine before auto renew. I was using it a week or two ago no problem They take the money and break the app.

If you have a desktop computer, try logging into your account and see if it works that way. If so them you know it isn’t you account having the issue

Did you sign in or re-sign in? Sometimes that’s all it takes. Otherwise, email them, they respond rather quickly, imo
