Secondary is horrible. Dl gets nonpressure but continues to jump offsides.
Now LVE hurt with another concussion or neck injury and could miss some time.
I know its week 1 but boy do they look beatable
Think the same will be said of our team. They have a potent offense, but yeah I agree that defense is pathetic. I think after watching the eagles and skins that our division is very much open for the taking by whomever wants it.

Oh i agree. Our defense is gonna be weak but cowboys are predicted by some to get to the big game...we are expected to be a 6 win team
wasn't really a fluke...they've got issues. Injuries and opt-outs have them vulnerable.
Cowboys have some things going on along the OL plus some defensive turnover to monitor too. I don't think the NFC East will be bouncing back this year...there might be an opportunity to compete later in the season if this team can survive the early part of the schedule.

announcers talked up Smith as a feel good story. Collinsworth teed it up early on by saying Smith has made a remarkable return to the field and the coaches and players say the guy has been a force in practice and that they will talk about it later.
Then Michaels talked about him being back with the montage of the timeline and instead of anything critical being said, it was all positive.
It isn't like there's nothing to overlook from the negative side:
Quote:

If Aldon Smith had just talked to gramma and made the man inside line up to the man outside (or whatever the fuck they said) well then we might have avoided a rather long and violent west coast one man crime spree.
Great story though, really great story that makes us all feel good.

This. My cowboys buddy thought I was nuts I took Giants 18-1 to win NFC East this year. I overwhelmingly believe it's the Cowboys, but they aren't some juggernaut and have so many question marks including the big one, Mike mMcCarthy who is the bizzaro world version of Tom Brady and BB. His success was entirely dependant on Aaron Rodgers in his prime. Plus hiring Mike Nolan? NFL is all about coaching.
The Cowboys are one injury to an offensive tackle away to MASSIVE problem with the offense the want to run, which is clearly going to carry team.
If not the Cowboys I seriously think we are next team up. Eagles problems along the offensive line with a frail QB. Washington is a dumpster fire. So that leaves us with a second year QB who looks to be a very good one if he can clean up his turnover issues. At the very least he's competent. Paired with a tremendous set of weapons and an offensive line that will be at least competent. Defense stinks, but 8/9 wins probably gets the East this year. I like the potential of our offense. Think Saquon will put up a historic year and it's enough to get us there.

Is having a tough tough game trying to block Cameron Jordan.
On what planet? Jordan has been shut out sack wise. He's got his hands full with Jordan but it's not a tough time since he's held him sackless.
From what I’ve seen Jordan has had numerous pressures. Brady has been directly affected as he has a guy to his right numerous times.
They look so weird to me.
arthritis?

That shade of blue on the helmets is very Fischer-Price
Looks as if they were designed by Cyclops from X-Men.
I like them. A better take on the old yellow and blues.

Don’t like em. They look rinky dink. Should go back to their Vince ferragamo era designs.

There seemed to be something going on with his face too. His mouth muscles maybe.
Nice 4th down second effort by Brown.

They really are weird. Sometimes they break the huddle and they look pretty good. Other downs i see them and theyre ugly.
I don’t believe CC said it, it was Al Michaels that made that comment.

How is Aldon Smith a feel good story? He’s got 8 arrests on his record, it’s not like he making an amazing comeback from an injury.

Hahahahaha...
For big Al, it would be a "feel good" story.
yeah they are normally recorded during training camp so nbc couldn't get in to record them

It looked like his arm was just holding up his hand over his heard but the hand was hanging limp
There are no player intros this year because they couldn’t get out to all the camps to do them. They mentioned this on Thursday Night.
who doesn't love a story about 9th chances?
Secondary is horrible. Dl gets nonpressure but continues to jump offsides.
Now LVE hurt with another concussion or neck injury and could miss some time.
I know its week 1 but boy do they look beatable

Think the same will be said of our team. They have a potent offense, but yeah I agree that defense is pathetic. I think after watching the eagles and skins that our division is very much open for the taking by whomever wants it.

With that said rams left a lot of points on the board.
