Per PFT via Chicago Tribune, Apparently he scrubbed all of his Bears info from social media as well, and has asked to be traded. Something to monitor for Sunday.
Judge kinda guy, but he's a great player as long as he's healthy. Probably wouldn't give up trade capital unless they could work out an extension though and he definitely wants to get paid.
I don't want to consider trading draft picks for veteran skill players.
The foundation of the team needs to be in good working order before adding more "glitter." They tried this before (e.g. OBJ 1st rnd pick) and we've seen the losing continue.
Let's build for the long-term (i.e. Defense and Oline) and add skill players either through the draft or only when they'll be the difference in winning championships.
Giants are not a team in the right phase of contention to trade for a $15M WR in the final year of his deal, and second I don't think the Giants have the cap space, and third he's way overpaid.
But the Giants should refrain from trading picks for high priced players when they are a year away from competing. If Robinson was younger and locked up for multiple years I would consider it but with his contract expiring it makes no sense for the Giants to trade for him.

You don't think Gettleman would give up trade capital to acquire a player who's a free agent after the season?

Lol, fair point. But let's not repeat past mistakes.

Seeing that, it will be hard for him not to pull the trigger.

Nothing wrong with that if the price is low enough. The issue with the last guy was that the price was too high — you don't want to pay both picks and a lot of cap room for the same guy.
Robinson’s probably dissatisfied with the Bears contract
Because I want LW here long term and I don’t want to waste money on this guy, especially since he’ll be a FA next season. I feel better we put resources towards the D in general and LW in particular.
Offer. He’s going to want a lot of $. No way should the Giants be interested. The Colts may be a good fit.
Why the Colts? They have Campbell who was a high pick amd played well on Sunday. They still have Hitlon (not a fan, didn't play well). They just drafted Pittman who most loved. They have weapons. I can think of many more teams than the Colts. How about Washington or Philly? Philly doesn't have the cap room but have a huge need. What about Green Bay? They need someone else. Yes, Lazard and MVS had good games but they are no Robinson. SF needs help. They have guys but they're all banged up.

Good points, but surprised you don’t like Hilton. To me he’s is the essence of tough and has been a great player (has also won me a bunch of $ in fantasy over the years, so maybe I’m biased lol).
I think a better corner opposite bradberry would have changed the game yesterday. ballentine was picked on ALOT on third down.

Judge may want to confer with him before recommending any moves....

should be put towards signing LW long term

Bears management looks at him as a good player.
I don't see this getting resolved any time soon.
