“One Knick – a player who isn’t entering unrestricted free agency – doesn’t expect to be back in 2020-21 because of the new regime in charge” writes

Hopefully they don't take on any long term salary to get rid of him.
Question-
where is Randle a good fit?
I think that is true but I also think everybody recognizes that Thibs is an interim coach of sorts. I don’t think they are building the team around him.
I also think Rose is the next BVW. I hope he doesn’t trade away draft picks the way Brodie did prospects. Knicks need their own version of Stevie Cohen to come to the rescue.
1. Re-Sign Taj, Bullock, waive Portis, Ellington, Payton
2. Randle, Knox, DSJ for Paul
3. Sign Davis Bertans on a 2 year, 40 mil deal with a team option for year 2
4. Draft Devin Vassell at 8
5. Trade 27, 38 and Cash to move up to Philly's spot at 21 and draft RJ Hampton
C: Mitch, Taj
PF: Bertans
SF: RJ, Bullock
SG: Vassell, Hampton
PG: Paul, Frank
Honestly a pretty decent team that is probably a 5-8 seed and has a nice young core.
Bertans is a low risk signing that helps space the floor for everyone while maintaining flexibility.
Hampton with the second pick I'm fine with and at worst is a microwave scorer ala maybe Jordan Clarkson.
if not them, them it's gotta be DSJ or Randle.

that quote probably is from one of the guys on a non guaranteed deal or team option (Portis, Bullock, Ellington, Payton)
if not them, them it's gotta be DSJ or Randle.
Well, there are only like 15 players on a team so maybe we can add a few more names to the list. Haha. Just fucking around.
