Yeah. Hitterish. And pitcherish, too, wouldn't hurt.
Jays have lost 4 in a row and been outscored in those games by a total of 50-15.
Just hate to see it.
I feel Luke going deep
If we needed a 5 man rotation right now in the postseason, I actually think I would slot Happ 4th ahead of him. Happ has pitched pretty well lately. 4 of his last 5 starts have been solid to really good. The Mets game was the only one he didn't pitch well.
The 1, 2, 3 is Cole, Tanaka, Garcia - I think everyone would agree there. If NYY were to win a game 1, I think you could make the argument for throwing Garcia in a game 2 - that gives you Tanaka for a rubber game in a best of 3 - and if the Yanks win again, you can then use Tanaka for a Game 1 in the DS.
Still young and can improve. Hope he gets more aggressive and trusts more of his many secondary offerings.
Hate to see him getting HBP. We just need to stay healthy until the playoffs.
Second time through. Time to unleash on this LHP.
Yes - and MLB needs to limit shifting because the analytics are killing non-HR offense.
1 - two infielders on each side of second; and,
2 - each must have at least one foot on the dirt when the pitch is thrown.
I though the top seeds in each league got to pick their opponents this year? Or did that change?
Not that I expect the white sox, a’s or rays to actually chose to play a healthy Yankees and probably twins ... but .... i thought I read about that plan in July
Which is a laugh because he got garbage pitches called strikes against Judge, Stanton, and Voit, including struke 3 in Voit's case
He looks like a guy who hasn't found it. Sucks because he had it before the injury. Maybe he finds it tonight. If not, find it he must our he'll find me in a tent down by the river.
As Torres cannot catch the ball on an easy DP...holy shit
no way no how.
I hate everything about this franchise.
Now, ahem, this is Martin LHP Perez. It's TIME.
What would ever give you that idea?
Oh, right, his ERA over the past three seasons was 4.82, 6.22, and 5.12.
