I didn't see another thread for the day (must be because all the Jews are busy today).
My question: With Michael Thomas officially receiving the "Out" designation, I can move him to the IR slot that the league allows for. I never did that before, but apparently it means you get to add another player and keep an extra player for as long as you keep the injured player in the IR slot (including when the injured player gets healthy and sheds the "out" or "IR" designation).
These are some candidates (I need RBs more than WRs but value is more important than position). It's a PPR league.
RB Tarik Cohen (on waivers)
RB Joshua Kelly
RB Alexander Mattison (for when Cook lands on IR)
RB Philip Lindsay
RB Chase Edmonds
WR Anthony Miller
WR MVS
Love Kelly and Mattison as well, and it's close. But the upside between all those guys should they find themselves in a starter role. I like Kelly the least out of the three but if I were you I would snap up one of these three players because of fantasy upside. Nothing wrong with going Mattison here, I just like the upside of Edmonds a bit more.

A guy to keep an eye on is Russell Gage. Went 9 for 114 last week on 12 targets. Read somewhere that he was the first read on 11 of those targets. I think he's going to blow up this year despite playing behind Jones and Ridley

Moss as your RB for sure. I'd roll with Slayton and Akers in that order for your flex spot.
Don't you have a can't cut list?
Thomas is on ours.
If I was the commissioner, I would contact the person and figure out why he/she did that. While I won't say it has an air of collusion, it does stink of someone who really shouldn't be in the league anymore. But that just my opinion.
That feels cheap - I wouldn't even feel good about that. It's just crappy for any league for someone to drop a player like that.
Any Henry Ruggs owners? I don't know what to do with him - he practiced yesterday but it was a light/no pads practice. I'm a Michael Thomas owner, myself... if I bench Ruggs, Preston Williams or Shenault are my choices.
Thinking I'm just going to roll the dice on Ruggs but I really can't afford an egg from him.

I get that.... crazy thing is I was 8th on the waiver list. I think people just did not log into the league to notice that he was dropped.
This is not a money league guys. Just a league with childhood friends.

When you drop a player don't they go to waivers untill after the games are played? Also shouldn't he be on a can't drop list or something?
