into the hands of a lineman, we'd have started on the 36 yard line with 4 minutes left and all of our timeouts rather than on the 32 with 2:02 left and no timeouts. Despite our ups and downs, I would have liked our chances. Chicago would have had to play soft, and we could have gotten the ball to the 10 or 20 with no time pressure. From there, at that point in the game, I had faith in DJ and Garrett.

That play bit us in the ass because of the time lost.
was fine...More urgency and enough time to pull it off. It is just as usual something is missing...the players...the coaching...the breaks...the mojo....what ever it is good teams pull this out and bad teams fall short.
instead of field goals for a change. That would make a difference? Also, dropped passes hurt again. Slayton had a huge drop on third down, killing one drive. Also, on that last drive, don't know if it was Ratley or CJ Board who stepped out of bounds a yard short of the first down on that last drive whenhe had room to get the first down and thus had to consume precious seconds converting a 4th down there
And now 0-2 in Year 4 with our second year QB still putting the ball on the carpet.
I highly recommend Zen classes twice a week.
It's gonna be a long, long season!
