He was definitely talking about Robinson but it was right after he mentioned Tomlinson on a play. I thought the same thing for a minute.

to be getting close to Tomlinson's first contract expiring. This is his 3rd year? 4th? I'd re-up him, even overpay a bit. He's very solid if unspectacular and never misses games.

We went through a string of DTs we drafted in 2nd round, let them go because they weren't quite good enough (or something) and drafted DT in 2nd round all over again (I'm thinking Cornelius Griffin, Linval Joseph, and somebody else?), only for them to be solid long-termers on other teams. For goodness' sake, if we have stability at least there, let's keep it.

I’d like to see him resigned. They may think Austin Johnson can replace him but Tomlinson is easily the better player. Keeping this DL together would be the right move. They’ve spent a lot to put it together and it’s as good if not better than any other unit on the team.

it depends on what he's looking for. He's certainly not elite, either as a run stuffer of pass rusher. For the right price, yes. If not, see ya.

one more fifth than we have now, and the alternative is he signs elsewhere and we lose him for nothing. take what you can get now.

They start three DL. He better be a top 3 DL.

Question, is he a DL worth $13 or so million per year? He will want that.

not with Big Dex on board and looking at big $$ in a few years. One will stay, one will go.
