Posters can't do that.

Also, NFL content is blocked from BBI. So I can't embed Giants.com videos.

ah okay, thanks. it might be worth reconsidering to allow posters to embed, much more convenient. although Youtube typically doesn't let NFL content be embedded on other websites.
He is so much fun

to listen to. Learn so much each time.

It really makes you wish that broadcast would show both sideline and all 22 for each play.
It seems like an awkward feature if the team
RDJR : 9/22/2020 8:04 pm : link
is playing poorly. During this honeymoon period I guess losses don’t mean much, but if he ends up in a situation like Shurmur I’m not sure this will be something the Giants will want to promote.
i mean he's covering the basics

it's almost like hey coach you're so green can you show the fans that you actually know what you're talking about?

that said - surprised they let the coach go out and talk about how they think about defending opponents and things of that nature. unless it's innocuous or even misinformation ;)

Enjoy listening to Judge. A lot better than what this franchise has rolled out over the past few years.
I really enjoy these

partly because I love hearing anyone talk about Xs and Os.

I like seeing how coaches think about the game beyond coachspeak of "we need to run the ball, stop the run, and win the TO battle." How many coaches corners are that boring drivel.

Cool to hear him break down something like the punt coverage. Like "they're looking to double our 3 to set the point of attach and build the wall off of that..." I generally don't think of a point of attack on punts and it's substantially up field from the catch. Or hear how the players are reading fits off what others are doing. You see the flow of the game from a coaches perspective, and I enjoy and learn from that a lot more than what we usually get.

I'd watch an hour long show of this.

Agreed really enjoy

these segments. Good to get back to some X's and O's.

Is exactly why players will listen, because he knows all the ins and outs of each play. Detail oriented coaches who show you that they know what exactly to expect are the ones you follow.
This guy is special. As always

time will tell..Gee, I wonder where he possibly learned this attention to detail?
very informative -

our personnel could obviously be better but I'm liking Judge as coach.

But does it bother anyone else that the org feels their HC needs to do promotional spots?

Doesn't it piss of JJ to have to spend time on this?

Can you imagine TC doing this???

It's gonna get real old if the Ls keep piling on.
Re the football itself...

That's a MAN'S block Zeitler did on the guy lined up shading him into the A gap. Basically, Zeitler's block locks out the entire back side of the Bears' D line, since his opponent was the play side edge of the whole back side of the D...

Cam Fleming's block is just an "occupy" job on the D lineman shading his inside shoulder. Even Coach tacitly acknowledges it by noting Fleming "got a hat on a hat". Ideally one would hope for more pop and push there (that's the other key block at the POA) with the run aimed at the B gap.

It will be a good thing if Peart could push Fleming to the bench, but I doubt that's happening this year.

Hernandez's short pull and lead into the hole is the other well executed key block. Deion Lewis didn't need to do much more than put his head down and keep his legs moving behind Hernandez.

But the key block was the beaut by Zeitler. That's the guy he's advertised to be.
