They were arguably the best tag team during their first run.
60 is old for an 80s wrestler

during their day. I remember my friends and I getting legit excited when they finally came to the WWF. We learned about it from Jody Mac's overnight WFAN show where he had some wrestling "insider" call in once a week, lol.

Watched them a lot back in the day and along with Sting, Vader and Dr. Death were my favorite wrestlers.

I was a kid in the "south" when they were in their prime. I watched them in the AWA NWA WCW and the sillier version in the WWF. They were my favorite growing up. I later found out I was working in the next cube to his sister-in-law about when his son was entering the NFL draft. Everyone else was asking questions about Animal Jr, and I wanted to hear stories about Animal body slamming all the nephews at their summer pool parties. Seemed like a really great guy from the stories she told. Either way she surprised me with a personalized autographed photo later that year that is still hanging in my office. RIP Animal.

Until reading an article yesterday, I never knew Rams LB is his son. Granted, I don't see a lot of Rams games, but I don't recall that ever being mentioned.
