Unless Denver can stage a 3rd 3-1 comeback deficit.

Of all the things in 2020 this I cannot tolerate.
Looks like Denver just Sacramento-ed

Seems like the Lakers and LeBron can not only get away with complaining about the refs without being fined, but actually have their complaints acted upon.

Anyway, I will be rooting for the Heat, assuming they make it to the finals against the Lakers. I think it's not a bad match-up for Miami, as both Butler and Iguodala can do a reasonable job of guarding LeBron, and Bam (if he's healthy) and Crowder might not be a bad matchup against Davis.

I meant to say.
Lebron's whining is tough to take, it really is.

He was arguing with a ref last night about a call that went in HIS favor. I guess they didn't blow the whistle fast enough.

it might have been different, back when he used to flop. But ever since he went back to Cleveland in 2014, he stopped flopping (consistently atleast) and honestly does not get the calls he deserves from the refs. There's a bit of the old Shaq "we'll let contact from both sides go because he's so strong" with LeBron. But it really is ridiculous sometimes how many times LeBron gets fouled and it doesn't get called. He should consistently be at the line ~10 times a game based on how often he gets to the rim.

But at the same time, I think refs allow LeBron to get away with contact on defense more than the average player. Although that probably holds true for most proven veterans, getting the benefit of the doubt. It was impressive to see old man LeBron switch on Murray and shut him down, but he definitely got away with contact on atleast one those Murray drives to the rim.

Murray is ridiculous.
It wasn't just the LeBron foul on Murray the refs overlooked

Paul Millsap was called for a foul on Davis, on the play where Davis hurt his ankle, when Millsap was simply standing still and Davis jumped into him. The refs reviewed the call to see if it was a flagrant on Millsap, but of course clearly showed it shouldn't have even been a common foul. Millsap and Jokic both had to play with 5 fouls through most of the 4th quarter, which greatly impacted the game.

The NBA replay rules seem messed up. For one thing, if coaches are successful on a challenge, they should have the right to a challenge again. As things stand, they are reluctant to challenge even egregiously bad calls for most of the game for fear they won't be able to do so when there's a crucial missed call at the very end.
