Fantasy Football: 25 September

I started him as my RB1 in my main league but he was on my bench in the other 2. I'm a huge underdog this week with Barkley gone and other injuries piling up so having the possibility of stealing a win would be huge.

The guy I'm playing had him as his starter.

Anyone else have D. Watson and pissed off about it? Would you consider starting Burrow over him? Burrow vs. Philly; DW vs. PIT.

I'm starting Cam and Goff over him. Debating on Wentz and Danny Dimes over him as well.

He's up against Pitt so its going to be a tough day. He can still play big in rise to the competition so I'd say you have to stick with him. Burrow has a good matchup but I need to see that offense click before trusting him.

Berry was advocating Minshew as a top 10 option and started him on his own teams. So you aren't alone.

in a DFS, but it was thursday night games only, so options were limited.

Wentz is the better QB playing against a team just as bad as Miami. Take the extra rest, always start the Sunday player over the Thursday player when its a tossup, or close to it.

My friend keeps bitching to me about how he dropped Robinson before Week 1 to pick up Malcom Brown, who he had on his bench for that game. This morning, I had five text messages of him lamenting his decision...ha.

I need WR help badly since Adams is iffy and Green hasn't done much. With my top three RBs being CEH, Taylor, and Kelley, I could give up Fournette just for MetCalf, but he also wanted a replacement WR and I'm taking Moss as a bench fodder.

I know the value is probably skewed his way but ah well.

I may come to regret it later if Akers actually gets his opportunities, but Fant as a backup TE may not be a bad thing.

If I get anything out of Freeman, my RB group should be fine.

It's a good thing Preston Williams scored - otherwise that would have been a brutal start for me. Shenault was the guy I was considering in his place, though - the difference was 0.40 - so it wouldn't have mattered.

Flexing Robinson put me in a great position to win this week, so I'll take it.

You should have put JRob in at RB not Flex. Never put a TNF guy in your flex, you've already committed to starting him. Gives you flexibility on Sunday if something happens late.

Any opinions on Jonnu vs. Fant this week?

I have both - was going to go with Jonnu, but I think Fant might be the better play. Sutton is out, Jeudy is banged up - I think Driskel will probably use Fant as a safety valve a good bit - I see him getting a healthy target share.

FWIW, Tennessee is playing MIN and Denver is playing TB.

Yeah, I made last minute lineup changes and realized after the fact that I should have just put Robinson behind Carson @ RB2 and left the flex spot open.

I don't think anything's going to happen to Kareem Hunt between now and Sunday,, though - it shouldn't bite me here.

This is always my logic as well. That's what I did with Shenault when I moved D.Adams to my FLEX position.

Decided against Jeudy when I realized Drew Lock was injured, but now I'm back and forth between Singletary on Buffalo and Slayton. The nice thing about Singletary is he seems to be good for a few passes a game which boosts his points. I'm still worried about Slayton against the niners. So I lean toward Singletary. Slayton seems a little more likely to have a big game for a flex, but seems risky

Robbie Anderson, Will Fuller, Jeudy, D Slayton?

I don't love any of them this week, but I guess I'm leaning Anderson.

Anderson or Slayton. I'm in a similar situation with D.Adams and Julio both iffy. Will go with Slayton if either is out.

If he doesn't go today, I'm not sure he suits up in NE.

it's the pickups like Robinson that win leagues. I was fortunate to have him in one dynasty league, but in another I decided to go after Benny Snell instead...whoops!

I keep benching Boyd and he keeps hogging the most targets from Burrow.

I lost last week by 1 point with Fuller in my lineup and Boyd (and about 5 other options who would have won it for me) on my bench.

I am not starting Boyd again, but if I were in your shoes I'd consider it.

Hmmm...I may do something totally unconventional and replace either Kupp or Hilton with Boyd and put Davis as my FLEX. Hilton hasn't done squat for me, but all of the ranking sites still has Kupp and Hilton as clear starters over Boyd and Davis.

is frustrating. I have him as my WR2 and he hasn't done much in non-ppr this year (or really in ppr either - my league is ppr)

Tarik Cohen and Nyheim Hines for Joshua Kelley and Russell Gage in my PPR league. BBI approved? I can't see starting J. Taylor and Hines together again, and I need Julio insurance as well. Kelley looks to be a more involved RB than Cohen at this point.

Buffalo has Tre White, who will lock up one side - which should be Woods unless they want to flip him/Kupp at times. Kupp/Higbee should be the plays though, just see what Gesicki and the WR on the opposite side from White did last week for Miami.

I think you can replace Hilton with Boyd and/or Davis though.

its a 2 game funk, that offense isn't in synch yet. I don't like getting cute this early in the season, I play my best players unless its a horrendous matchup.

Boyd and Uzomah were good plays last week. Cleveland is weak in the middle of their D. Logan Thomas and Steven Sims are good plays this week.

Unfortunately I only get one flex as I have Jones, Sanders and Taylor at RB too. Hate seeing him do so well in my bench. Meanwhile my WRs have been so streaky. Julio, Green and Parker. Probably going to roll with Slayton his week over a banged up Julio vs CHI.

I’ve tried shopping one of my RBs as so many teams are depleated completely at the position, but no one is willing to part with a bonafide #1 WR so I’ll just have to sit back and watch them tank.

Chargers corners are excellent, not sure on Moore. All the rest are a dart throw. I’m probably playing Slayton this week hoping he blows up again like he did week one.
