This is 100 percent Joe Judges show moving forward. Whoever is GM will be in name only. I feel as if DG is GM in name only right now. He's gone after the season unless this team turns it up on back half of year.
I don't think its apparent to people that aren't diehards but this team has shaken things up that are pretty unprecedented. I'm completely confident with the backing of Judge. I get why they took a risk on the guy. He just exudes competence and watching the Pats game side to side, its just apparent the little detail stuff they get right Judge does as well.

Any time an organization in any field performs poorly for 10 years it really has to start up top. I have no idea what goes on behind closed doors but its the same aura behind the team year in year out.
I'm a younger fan so i didn't live through the 70's but this is seriously rock bottom, there is no doubt they are the worst franchise in the NFL right now (Argument made for the Jets but WOW is that poor company)

All the hate toward DG is misplaced, in my opinion. Mara is an imbecile. DG was his guy, but so was Reese. He insists on a voice in football decisions that he is woefully incapable of making. We had more than a decade of horrible football until his idiot father got out of the way. And this won't be fixed until John gets out of the way.
