It might have changed over the years since passing is so much easier and I don' think "defenses win championships" any more but what are the break down in your humble opinion on what makes a winning nfl football team?
My thoughts it is something like 30% coaching / 30% QB play / 40 % roster. Or maybe 20% coaching / 20% QB play / 40 % everyone else on offense / 40% on defense
A couple of things stick out in my mind.Bil Belichek could not overcome losing to the Titans in their last play off game. He could not stop Henry. But Mike Vrabel is a good coach and their QB play was not bad at all.But he could not overcome looking like crap last Monday night with his back up QBs playing.
