3 things way from being good

A top 10 QB
A Good Offensive Line
A star defensive and offensive player

Those things make EVERY good team.

But we could potentially have 2 out of 3 of those things in place.. obviously depending on player development.. that’s the unknown with this coaching staf.. can they develop talent

We are short of where we could be. The OL should be done already and playing reasonably well. I think Jones is going to be a good QB. We should already have either the impact offensive or the impact defensive player on the roster.

But probably need another WR. Defensive impact player or players are lacking. Impact CB and edge. Does Bradberry fit the CB impact player? I guess maybe. If Oline developes and Jones is top 10. We're still a couple players short.

Is.. hopefully he still will be.. ACL’s injuries are not the death sentence they use to be.. true #1 receiver is needed. I think a Slayton is a really good #2.. McKinney could be a play maker but we definitely need a true pass rusher..

as far as the line, 3 out of our first 5 picks were o-line.. we need at least to become good players.. if players develop and a couple additions this team could be there.. the line between winning and losing is very thin

might already be on the team, if you include the IR. Need to see more of Harris . The Offense is another story . Loads of uncertainty and doubt . I’m not including the QB. I think Jones can be really good , eventually . But they are in tough shape at WR and the line is not getting any better.

Regardless they will need a new VP-GM to take advantage of what shapes up to be yet another early slot in the Draft .

with the offense. They're bad all the time.

The defense plays very well, right up to the moment when they need to make a big 3d down stop, or keep a team from scoring before the half, or the end of the game. they are anything but consistent.

Special teams are consistently playing lights out. Best special teams I can remember since Reyna Thompson was in town.

DJ is a long way from top ten. Some is on him and the rest is on cast that he is surrounded with. If everyone was healthy on offense tell be who would be a starter for another team. In your words good team? Maybe Barkley. Win an F’N game.

We were 1 game away from Young.

It's mind boggling that the team isn't even good enough to evaluate the QB play.

I don't think we win today or on Thursday, assuming of course that Slayton can't go or isn't himself today even if he is active. We simply have no playmakers of note.

I see us losing this game by 4 points or less. Much like Dallas, we'll be close but no cigar. Now, the Skins stink but we may stink even more. This game will come down to QB play and turnovers. If Jones is under duress each snap and end up fumbling or misfiring to a Redskin we could be in for a long day.

6 straight losses is hard to swallow but I already have and am looking forward to seeing young guys play so we KNOW what we have for 2021.

Point is the majority of the things we need to have happen to progress to a winning team could be in place.. now yes that’s is a lot of ifs and projecting but anything you are dealing with such young players that’s going to be the case..

We are the youngest team in the NFL and if Jones and the O-Line progress then by the end of the year we could be feeling very different.. I think the biggest thing that needs to occur is the development of the young linemen.. if that happens I think we have enough money and draft picks to fill out the roster
