For at least 2 seconds before the ball was snapped on Washington’s lalmost tying TD? I’m no conspiracy theorist cause frankly I don’t believe in that crap but w/ last weeks weird calls and the int and the play clock today it just seems like we can’t catch a break with the refs lately. Guess we have to earn the benefit of the doubt before we get it
The way refs enforce it, once it goes to zero you get almost another second because the back judge watches the clock, when it hits zero he then checks to see if the ball has been snapped. If it's in the process of getting snapped, he won't throw the flag.
It's dumb. Zero is zero, but that's how they do it. It's not an anti-Giants thing.
Even a buzzer on the referees radio
It's ridiculous that in 2020 someone has to watch a clock and then look at the snap .

I have heard and understand that. The clock was zero for nearly 2 seconds.
Fuck the officials.
But after they called that an interception on something that was conclusive to overturn and the overturn in the Dallas game that was inconclusive, why am I even surprised..

The problem is, the word was hijacked to mean "fake" and generally stops discussion.
Interesting reply regarding the clock and line judge though.
It’s obvious the officials in the league are very comfortable making calls that go against the Giants . Start arguing Judge . You get no points for manners in the NFL.

That is how the NFL does it. But that did seem more than a beat. I was at a funeral and only saw the replay and noticed it right away. Seemed an excessive amount of leniency, but not the 1st time I'd seen it allowed to go that long.
Then there is the actual coverage of the games which is just as bad. Terrible camera work. Terrible replays or lack there off. Just a Garbage product this year.
Pics are all over twitter. After they stole 2 TD's on us vs Dallas, they tried to steal another one. The Washington Teams CB was 5000% out of bounds, his elbow was so crystal clear in the white, its embarrassing.
I'm pretty sure this would have been one of those times.
While I agree it was late based on the tv clock, I'm pretty sure your internal clock is fast. There's no way that was three full seconds after it showed zero.
I am not defending the officials, but 3 seconds? I'd say it was more like 1 second. Still should have been a flag.
great suggestion
