Pretty sure it's not getting the tech wrong or zoom fatigue that leads you to have your dick out during a work related zoom call.
How many people walk around their homes nude? Granted I have kids now, but I've been WFH for 10+ years now and have never once had a video conference nude. In a bathrobe/sweats/unkempt? Sure, but I've always been covered.

Isn't NY an at-will state? Can't imagine him pulling his junk in a meeting would be any more excusable simply because he did it while working at home. Company would be fully justified in canning him, as would likely CNN, who he also works for.

Just for the full picture: the woman was the daughter of his colleague, Jeff Greenfield. When she told him she was pregnant, he urged her to get an abortion. When she didn't, he refused to acknowledge paternity until she got a court order for a DNA test.
