The Giants did not practice today. The following injury report is an estimation.
DNP: WR C.J. Board (concussion), DB Adrian Colbert (shoulder), LB Tae Crowder (hamstring), DB Darnay Holmes (neck)
Limited: WR Darius Slayton (foot)
Full: RB Dion Lewis (hand)
Happens every week
They do this for teams on a short week.

I've seen an injury report based on an estimation with designation on a practice that never happened. :)
Thanks Eric. Was just wondering how you can practice fully where there's no practice.

The Giants will only have one 1-hour practice (probably a walk-thru) tomorrow before they have to travel.
Shepard is not listed because he is on IR.
LP - dressed but only participating in limited drills and working on the side with trainers. Definitely no full contact drills.
DNP - Side work with trainers at most (i.e. guys with upper body injury might still do some conditioning)
Or travel Wed night after a walk-thru. Though, travel/practice is likely determined by the CBA.
No Availability
Travel to Philadelphia
the only time a team should play on Thurs is after their Bye

But that is actually a good idea.

And too compound that with the following game being on Monday night? Just seems unbalanced.

They suck! Players have no time to recoup or practice. I suppose you can say both teams have the same circumstances to overcome. Thursday night games always seem to played pretty lousy.
There's a good chance 3 call ups occur this week, a WR, A DB and then you pick.
Maybe McIntosh gets a jersey. He's fresh at least.

It’s going to come down to which QB/coaching staff is better Thursday night.

I'd agree with this actually. This is going to be a big time defining game for DJ this year.

stupid are Thursday night games?

Which sucks because the whole logic of scheduling these division games on Thursday night is that there is a familiarity there. Actually thinking about this game, if I was Judge I wonder if they did a lot of prep work on this one over the summer knowing this would be the situation they find themselvves in.

Yup. As with 99.9% of NFL decisions, it's all about the mighty dollar.
True.
