Bills released LG Quinton Spain

This comes as a surprise after Buffalo gave Spain a three-year extension in the offseason. Spain has missed two of the last three games with a foot injury. The Bills are moving forward with Brian Winters and Cody Ford as their starting guards. Releasing Spain has a $3.5 million dead cap hit but saves Buffalo $1.25 million this year.

is the fact that the Eagles released OG Jamon Brown and then elevated a TE Croom to take his roster spot.

That maneuver deepens the mystery as to whom may man the OG spot Brown played last week and also suggests that Goetart may not play tomorrow at TE

tweeted something cryptic about "the real reason" he was released. Maybe he didn't get along with one of the coaches or players? He later deleted the tweet.
