Going to get interesting. Andrew Thomas being a dud is a killer and Engram has single handedly ruined multiple games. Frustrating.

Very few talented players, and the ones with raw talent (like Engram a DJ Peppers) are just poor players. Resources have been dumped into the Oline with no improvement in play, and talented skill position players have been pushed out for marginal talent.

The entire scouting department (pro and college) and the GM need to go. What other business allows you fail this consistently for this long?

This organization is in shambles and it doesn’t seem like there is any urgency to change course.
