I know that I’m like the boy who cried “We’re going to start winning” because I keep posting that we will but “disappointment keeps haunting all our dreams.”

Now, they may continue to make a Monkee out of me with crushing losses and Davy, oops I mean Daniel, Jones may continue with his spectrum of play ranging from brilliance to WTF? but this team is clearly headed in the right direction. The record may not show it but they are worlds better than they were last year. It’s apparent by their positioning, communication and just by the look in their eyes that the players are confident and getting smarter and smarter with each game. Yes, this was a crushing loss, but we are just a few upticks away from being winners.
So, this Sunday? I’m rooting for Washington to beat Dallas so we stay a game behind and that the winning streak starts in classic Giant fashion . . .
. . . by beating Brady on national TV and hopping on the First Train to Winningstreaksville.

I’ll tell you what: Every Giant player and coach was following the Washington/Dallas game as were you and I. And after seeing a team that we beat dismantle a team that we barely lost to?
They believe they can win this.
I don’t care if we win the division at 5-11. 2020 sucks and I want something to root for with every Giant game. It’s like Wellington Mara never said but probably would have:
