When you see Andrew Thomas in slow motion he has the nasty habit of leaning way too much when he tries to punch. He looks awkward and unbalanced -- symbolic, perhaps, of this entire franchise.

The BBI experts say you do NOT draft a right tackle at #4. But you do draft WRs, LBs and CBs there so why not move him to one of those positions?

He needs to have the whole season. Let the coaches evaluate for a season. Maybe he is not the LT. Maybe they need Penei Sewell..
Skinner does a good job on these. Not sure of his background and he sounds a little exasperated with Thomas because he can see the mistakes. - early punch, leaning forward and leaving the inside path open. Game speed - Skinner mentions his timing is off. Offensive lineman cannot be aggressive in pass pro - they need to let the defender come to them and then keep them off - the well timed punch.
Good news is Gates is really getting after it and it seems now that he is catching on, Hernandez and Zeitler are playing better.
