I don't really understand what Rice was thinking just running right three times in a row. A 45 yarder isn't a layup, especially for many college kickers. I don't know anything about their kicker, maybe he's the next Morten Andersen, but it seems like they really treated it like an easier kick than it was.

So much for home field advantage
