At what point did you KNOW we were going to win?

The refs signalled game over. Being a Giant fan too long ..... especially when playing Philly. I was expecting a Buffalo Arizona finish.

and I cheated and checked Twitter and saw Eli say "Stacking Wins." I had to DVR the game and was behind and there was no one I was going to put myself through another epic collapse. I was honestly only about 50/50 thinking we would win when I checked.

here with the Gano FG. Three minutes and change, no timeouts. Even the Eagles curse couldn't break that!

I have been to too many Eagle rodeos before.

I waited until 5 minutes after the final whistle.

It just felt different. The magic BS is over. This Eagles team doesn't have it anymore, and will not look forward to facing the Giants anytime soon.

I did feel pretty good after we hit the FG late to make it a two score game.

This team is different. We are not the most talented but, we are so much more disciplined than in years past. We play together and play hard.

The Giants can make some noise here in the second half of the year. We have played the Steelers, the Rams and the Bucs tough and close. The on e"blowout" was more a collapse after so many should have's earlier in the game and followed the week we lost our best weapon.

This team has found an identity. Our QB is showing he has the mental toughness for the job and is getting better each week. We have no real outside threats and yet we are scheming our offensive success. The development of the Oline is huge and will continue us forward.

Until then, I thought the Eagles would somehow pull it off because they always seemingly do versus us.

It was when Jones ran in for the td, until they called it back on the hold on Thomas... and I thought... here we go again... I was then holding my breath until the clock hit 0.0

... to put us up by 10 with just over 3 minutes, I started to finally feel like we had a chance to pull it out... lol

This. I have waiting for this moment for years. We have continually come up small in spots where our team desperately needed to answer a shot across our bow from our opponent. Jones came up big. It had to be him. We needed the QB to inspire. Jones delivered.

Yeah. Remember the "OMG spectacular" OBJ catch from 2014? Everyone going wild and what does Dallas do on the ensuing possession? They marched right up the field without skipping a beat or breaking a sweat. Bang. Dallas answers and sucks the air out of the stadium.

Nice to see the Giants answer the call, for once.

But, the reality is this team has given many more reasons to doubt them than not. I didn't "know" we were going to win until the second defensive stop in the 4th after our FG made it 27-17. Until that stop, I was expecting a quick strike, a recovered onside kick, and some bonehead play like the one that cost WFT their game against Detroit this wekend.

We are talking Giants and Eagles here, i have seen 2 miracle finishes before. I knew we were going to win when the final gun went off.

If the offense can score 24 points in a game the defense is good enough to beat most teams.

The Dallas game was a bit of an aberration because that team was averaging an astounding 33 pts per game when they had Dak.

27-17. Still some ingrained trepidation, but I did not think with 3 minutes, no timeouts and two score game that they could eff it up.
