time to come back next week. We've seen 3 other cases where players were put in COVID protocol and returned to play without missing a game, and Gano has an extra week.
If he shows symptoms, he’s on a slower track and the bigger concern becomes his long-term health. On the bright side, though fairly old for the NFL, 33 is still young in CoViD terms, and he’s obviously in great physical condition.
RE: Didn’t Baker Mayfield test positive during their bye week?
Pretty sure following the science a young guy like him should be just fine
Unless he dies...the risk is low for a young healthy person, but believe me, plenty of them have gotten really sick and some have died.
He has a 4 times better chance of being murdered than a healthy 31 year old does of dying from COVID. But yes, correct, good chance he will be fine unless he dies.

I'm not doubting Garofolo, but that sure doesn't seem right.
Yeah, seems like enough time to make it back. As long as he feels okay.

I think it might be OK...Hernandez played Sunday. I initially thought it was an automatic 14 day quarantine, but I guess not.

Depends on how quickly he gets his three negatives....it certainly could be a problem
lol.
no
Hoping for a speedy recovery.
My first thought as well.

Exactly! He's a kicker after all, not a neurosurgeon.
Get well quickly.
LOL, my first thought as well.
BBI was correct in guessing it was a specials teams player.
To be fair, we've been on the luckier side of things when it comes to the virus and guys missing time.
Hopefully, The Fates aren't backloading our shitty luck for the stretch run of this season, when a division title is actually something within reach.
No kidding. I mean, who thought anyone would get COVID this year... It's not really a thing, is it?
Probably made it rain at a speakeasy strip club after the extension. Understandable.

Seriously though, I hope he's fine.
