great pickup for anyone playing fantasy in leagues where he is eligible at TE. I know he is at ESPN for this week, though Field Yates said they will reassess it.
to merit keep starting for the Saints, I can see ESPN removing his TE designation after this week. So for one week, people are essentially getting a cheat code for an "elite TE."
RE: So ESPN has fucked up Fantasy worse than Covid
I think it is great! I am in a Superflex league and, as a result, we have a limit on number of QB's that any roster can have at 3. It is also, by far, the highest scoring position based on our scoring rules. One of my 3 QB's was on a bye this week. Since Hill was TE eligible, I was able to add him without dropping that QB and now can play Hill in the FLEX spot and Joe Burrow in my OP spot (Kyler Murray is my QB1). The only question I now have is whether I want to start Michael Thomas or D.J. Chark (vs. PIT) at WR. It also helps because my previous FLEX spot had been D'Andre Swift who went and concussed himself (well technically it was Chase Edmonds but when news of concussion hit I swapped the two).
Josh Allen is on bye for me so I picked up Winston earlier this week,
I just picked up Hill to put into my TE slot instead of Henry.
Tomorrow, I can pickup Kirk Cousins for my QB slot.
However, now I need to determine whether I want Michael Thomas as one of my WRs or pivot to Jakobi Meyers
This is really funny
I am in ESPN league
I have Josh Allen
I picked Hill 2 days ago and put him at TE because I had Engram
I also picked up Cousins to play QB
I also have Meyers - who I am thinking of starting over Chark this week

Maybe.... but for the people out there (not smart) who picked him up to be a QB, then ESPN really would hose them.
In an extreme scenario, what if you drafted a tight end fairly high to be your TE. Then ESPN switches that person mid season to a WR? This almost happened with Marquis Colston years ago. I was fortunate enough to have picked him up in his rookie season and had him in my TE slot all year.
I agree this should be changed. Yahoo and CBS have him listed as QB only.
This should be fun to watch. Hill is so much fun to watch run, but I'm fascinated to watch him throw.
What a bunch of clowns.
What a bunch of clowns.
ESPN has been a fantasy disaster forever. Run by people who do not know fantasy and their system is often down
