Is like a flame genie. Smokeless (unless you overload it then it is a nightmare), uses pellets, burns beautifully. Came with a travel bag and brought it camping. Very nice. $80 for the portable model I got. Link - ( New Window )
as you say it's made in the USA (in PA). Thing is, if you go for the upper end models, they sure are expensive. I'm thinking about getting a smokeless fire pit too so I'll follow this with some interest.
Great fire but it if you like to keep your flaming roaring you’ll blow through wood quickly. Their fire burns hot.
All of the smokeless pits burn hot. That is kinda the concept behind them, they circulate more oxygen into the fire, causing it to burn hotter, which effectively burns up any particles that would be in the smoke.
I highly recommend installing Honey as a browser extension on your web browser. It automatically will search for any usable codes at checkout on virtually any website. Works really well.
I'm a big fan of the Tiki brand fire pit. Similar near-smokeless design when used with pellets or dry split wood. A bit cheaper and better-looking (in my opinion). Link - ( New Window )
