They may be targeting someone, but haven't said anything about it

they spent $5 million on Ed Davis and $6 on Burks after starting with $40M.

They've been linked to Fred VanVleet and a couple of others but it's not clear that any "big" signing is on the horizon. Bertans went elsewhere and Hayward supposedly is going to Indy.
