and just retire if that happens.
If you look at just his 2020 season

DG has done a great job. FAs have worked out, his new HC has worked out. His draft picks are showing promise (but could be better).

If you look at his 2018 and 2019, it's pretty bad.
This is a crazy year to judge coaching and front office

First, an entirely new staff with a lot of personnel turnover and virtually no off season or pre-season programs makes it really hard to gauge this team and staff for the first half. Second, and more importantly for me, our division is so bad that at 3-7 we are actually in decent shape right now. But, position on the division should not cloud our judgement of this team. 3-7 is still 3-7 and if we finish 5-11 or 6-10 that is still a bad season under normal standards. In almost any other year, that is at least a 2-3 game out of the division lead and about the same from a Wild Card spot. So, while it would be fun and exciting to be able to take advantage of an absolutely terrible division with an even so-so second half, it is not the gauge by which to measure the team's growth and success.
I think the clock started after the 4th game...

Although all of the teams really did not have an off season, our team truly had not worked together before. More new pieces than most teams.

Who is HIS new HC?

Mara hired Judge. Just curious who DG hired.

You really need to ignore the 2018 free agency because DG had a bad pro personnel scouting department, only had a couple of months to evaluate the free agent talent, and had multiple positions to fill. So it was a real scramble for the quality talent and slim pickings afterward.

It’s okay to critically evaluate the 2018-2020 drafts and the 2019-2020 free agency but you really should cut him some slack on 2018 free agency.
Umm...

No.
How does 2019 look bad ?

Daniel jones, Lawrence, peppers, slayton, Williams, Gates (was he 18 or 19)

All building blocks or at least upgrades and they were all drafted or found on the cheap.

2018 is getting more and more distant in the rear view mirror. If jones is the goods you’re not going to have much else to bitch about. Sorry.
