He is due & 15.75M in compensation next year and the honeymoon is over in Cleveland. There is no cap hit for releasing him, so it wouldn't surprise me if they either trade him or cut him. Especially coming off an ACL injury. Although that may mean he has to pass a physical before being cut (or accepting in a trade). So if he's not in Cleveland next year, where might he find a home?
San Francisco had interest a couple years ago and they still have a need at WR. I wouldn't completely rule out the Giants, but there are more reasons why that won't happen than reasons it could. The ACL injury will be a bigger scare to teams than his mouth, but at the right price I think most teams with their eye on the prize will have interest.
Will OBJ follow the money or will he look for the best opportunity to shine? I imagine it will be a combination of the two. Bonus points for teams that play in warm weather and/or cosmopolitan cities.
Patriots?
That would be one of my last guesses but who knows. They just signed Kupp and Woods to big deals. Then they drafted Van Jefferson who is very promising. They also have other guys like Reynolds.
He should have been a HOF guy
why would you be pissed? who cares?
now it is more likely he will get inducted into the twitter hall of fame
Green Bay Packers
Las Vegas and OBJ.
That's just asking for trouble.
