It is hard to leave of Arrested Development, Friends, Community, Parks and Rec, etc
I think its kind of rare to find someone who is a fan of both Community and Big Bang Theory...
They are about as diametrically opposed as 2 shows can get!
One is an extremely intelligently written, boundary pushing show disguised as silliness, the other features mediocre writing with traditional classic sitcom situations disguised as intelligent
Full disclosure but also stating the rather obvious: this coming from a Community diehard still bitter over the mass appeal of BBT in the same timeslot as Community
that I control F'd and couldn't find. Wouldn't be near my Mt. Rushmore but worthy of being mentioned as classics.
Martin - Martin Lawrence in his prime was hysterical. He's one of those guys who could make you laugh without even saying a word.
Trailer Park Boys - If the Office "fake doc" style counts as sitcom then this should too. Just a hilarious show with a cult following but one that a lot may not know about.
Undeclared - I'm not sure why this is considered a sitcom but Freaks and Geeks isn't, but seems like it based on google. Both shows remain cult classics but this one kind of flies even more under the radar.
King of the Hill - I saw The Simpsons and South Park mentioned a few times, if those count as sitcoms this one should get love too. Such an underrated show from that era.
The Nanny - Pretty funny show but mainly mentioning it to remind people what a smokeshow Fran Drescher was in her prime.
Horsin' Around - Really funny show with a great cast, underrated.

"Looks like a tropical earthquake blew through here."

I shamefully haven't seen Community, but I have regrettably seen Big Bang Theory and just don't understand the appeal.
I can't believe there hasn't been one mention for Sopranos.
Entourage
Big Bang Theory
The League

Letterkenny
Schitt's Creek
Fleabag
Honeymooners
Get Smart
All in The Family
Would be my votes.. like the early Mash shows as well with Trapper and Henry
Jerry Stiller deserves to be on the Mount Rushmore himself. His roles of Frank Costanza and Arthur Spooner are comedy gold.
I had King of Queens in my considered for #4 list.
