Bradshaw had a nice arm but seriously it wasn't better than Marino, Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen or Stafford
Better? Different question.
well.. not in their class, I would say.
Different game. Stop changing the question.
Simple correct answer- Bradshaw threw a harder fastball than Allen. Elway too.
No he didn't. I watched his whole career. Excellent arm on that guy but no way did he throw a fastball like Allen or Elway, or Rodgers, or Mahomes or Herbert for that matter.
Bradshaw might have had the best arm of that era and it got much better. He was a totally different QB 78-79 than he was 74-75. His arm got a lot better.

Ok, fine, my opinion stays same.
Rhett Bomar , draft class 2009, could throw a ball through a brick
Has an arm like Josh Allen. The zip on his throws is ridiculous and no mahomes is not in the same class. With that said, just because you have an insane arm that does not make you the better qb..but talking pure arm strength?I think Josh Allen is clearly above all others in the league right now.
Every year the top speed is 59 mph or less, Allen threw 62. Mahomes was 55, Mayfield threw a 60 surprisingly. Herbert was only 55, our Jones 54. Link - ( New Window )
Rodgers is the best pure passer I've ever seen. He's also a genius scanning the field and making good decisions. I would give my left nut to have him sniffing Gates' balls and ass on Sunday's.
I was in the stands for Super Bowl XXI sitting on the Giants 30 yard line near the field. Late in the 2nd quarter. Elway rolls out away from our sideline, and from the Broncos 30 yard line throws a frozen rope to the opposite sideline to the Giants 30 right in front of us. In a stadium of 100,000 fans, we heard the WHAP as the ball hit his hands. Whole section went - whoa!
40 yards downfield throwing all the way across the field. Had to be close to 60 yards on the fly.

You wouldn't like To have Rodgers? Who have you seen better? Marino? Otherwise no one comes close.
Bert Jones was going to be my choice. before the shoulder injury, he had an absolute cannon. Definitely Elway, I remember Bronco WR's would show reporters the X's on their chests from passes Elway threw. And who can forget Lester Hayes infamous statement from, I believe, Elway's rookie year, something along the lines of "we covered them pretty good, but what can you do when you got Goose Gossage up there throwing fastballs" (look up Goose Gossage, kids!).
And I wouldn't forget to mention Mahomes. He throws with a lot of touch, but he can really bring it when he needs to. One under the radar is Baker Mayfield, he can bring the heat.
RE: Mahommes, Elway, Jeff George, Marino, and others
Allen has a really good arm, but it is not some kind of legendary thing. Elway was the best arm IMO
I don't know, Allen's arm talent is pretty special. I saw him roll out to his right and throw a 70 yd pass across the field. I don't know if I'd ever seen that before.
Stafford might be the most underrated player in the league.

Yep,
...including the late Steelers QB Joe Gilliam...

That's a deep cut, but yeah, Jurgensen really threw hard. And of course was a fine ancestor to our very own DJ in the rich history of Duke QB's.

Yup
Ok, fine, my opinion stays same.
never saw a harder thrower
+1, that dude had a cannon.
Good call
He was a terrible QB, but Kyle Boller had a cannon.
Baker is laughably wrong
Elway
Mahomes
Marino
Favre
George
Etc
And he's near the top

And not for nothing, Simms had a really strong arm, too.

Mike Cherry supposedly had a cannon.

The term genius should not be applied to people that throw balls for a living.
It's also best to limit references to buttholes and genitalia when professing your fondness for a football player.
My point was less about Rodgers and more that your post was way over the top and bordering on disturbing.
It was also a joke.
