He’s a very smart QB and disturbers well in short game. It’s if you need his arm to win they’ll be toast. Of course you can probably throw all that out with a guy going from XFL to prettty much playoff start. Wouldn’t be surprised if he pukes all over himself.
Me too. I have no heart for any other NFC-E team. Plus we deserved to go ahead of them, we played better, beat them twice and were shutout by Philty cheating. Plus Brady winning will hurt NE Rats fans.

goes up two scores. The gameplan offensively going to be very conservative and lots of passes to backs and runs. I’m thinking about sprinkling a little on money line WFT. Game time temps 38 degrees. Antonio Brown stepping in for a humbled Evans gives me pause though. Already on under 45.5

Third string QB...hmmmm....you think he's the equivalent of Smith because he can move?
I think WSH will try rely on the run, but TB is #1 versus the run. And I doubt they are going to go full offensive and try to throw it.
I can see WSH struggling the entire game, and TB just wearing them down....Brady's team scores points.
It's betting, never easy.......but I think TB is the play tonight. WSH offense hasn't played well in weeks.

Don't do it. Heinecke is trash. That TB D will force a couple of mistakes even with WFT being conservative.
The line was progressively going up all day from 9,9.5,10.
Predictably the public is all over the Bucs tonight. This line was to 10 way before they announced this at my book. Why hasn’t gone past 10 after the announcement with the public chasing the night game with “the name” out at QB. I honestly think they are better off. Bowles loves pressure.
I mean I can’t pull trigger on WFT, but lots of people are talking like this is a case walk for Bucs. It’s 38 degrees out there. Got my oil changed today and its 55 here in Tampa today and I wasn’t sure if I was going to survive the 5 block walk after the gym. And I’m a young guy originally from the North. They are going up against a very physical football team on both sides of ball.

I disagree with Heinecje being trash. He’s a smart headsy accurate guy. His arm stinks though and they were in a one dimensional situation when he came in. He stands no chance in that situation. Keep it close though and he can win you one. That defense is certainly capable of that.
I mean I could give a fuck about Bucs, actually be pretty cool if they
Realistically speaking, he's WFT's 4th stringer. And he's deserving of that
His arm is really awful, but if Bowles wants to lock up and blitz there’s certainly potential for maclaurin and mckissic to make big plays. Especially with no Devin white. Shit think I’m taking a look at mckissic prop
about Smith, it would be easy to root for him. And once WTF made the playoffs, I wouldn't mind see them go a bit deeper into them. I could never say that about the Cowboys or Eagles.
They were handed a PO spot as a result of Philthy laying down.. They had to have the worst team in the league let them win.
They won the division fair and square but they stunk in that Philly game. If the Eagles had been even 50% trying, they would have won. They knew it, too; that's why they pulled Jalen Hurts. Washington was trying to give them a win they absolutely did not want.
Maybe the Eagles can trade their great 3rd string QB to Wash so they cam lose and get the #7th pick im the draft...The Giants would win this game tonight..Danny would light up the scoreboard...
Anyone that think Heinecke isn’t better than Smith at this point
Is delusional. Smith is a name and went 5-1 vs the dregs of the NFL and beat the Steelers in a farce of a game.
Good call Zeke......kid played really well. I also think Tampa was way too soft on defense.
And again, that's why they call it gambling!
Lol your telling me. I feel like I had this game pretty solid and still lost. Here’s to the Titans tomorrow. Still don’t understand why they are home dog.
He would have rather played against (immobile) Alex instead of the kid. Do what does that tell you about Alex snd about having a mobile qb who can make plays when none is there?
This is why Jones’ legs nearly as important as his arm. We need that plus...we don’t want an immobile pocket only qb. I hope NY realizes this is 2021 and not 1970.
Henieke made plays when none were there but, he also made plays when they were there He threw for 300 + yards and threw a TD. And funny how Brady did no scrambling but is just a pocket passer. %bowls you are over simplistic w/ your analysis. Henieke threw deep passes; showed poise; found open receivers -- something Jones has not done after 2 years. And Henieke did it in a post season game after not having played in who knows how long
Funny how people turn this automatically to making the case for Jones even after 2 seasons where he played 12 or more games. After watching Henieke last night it is obvious Jones is nothing special. 12 TDs all year is not starting caliber in the NFL ...I am sorry it is not.

It was a good call. Heinecke looked great for being a 4th stringer. TB had chances to put WFT away early and didn't do it.
To bad the Giants didn’t have someone like that.
If you want Heinecke, he is a free agent. Write DG and Judge to open their wallets to get him. You are convinced after this one game he is a future all pro, so make it happen. Don’t just bitch moan and complain....be proactive.

If he is so bad, how was he able to throw 24 tds in 12 games in his rookie year? Did you know he threw for over 300 yards with 4 TD passes three times? That has only been done four times....Jones has done three. Do bad QBs have this kind of success often?
Not bad for an overrated 21 year old. (It can get so frustrating trying to educate stubborn Giant fans....is there a way we could round them all up in one thread and then let me start teaching.... of course with weekly quizzes to see who is getting it and who isn’t are a must?)

It's the same reason why QBs who threw for over 500 yards only went 7-6. When you are losing all game long like the Giants were with Jones all throughout his rookie year -- you are passing more. And never mind they were losing all throughout because of his fumbles and interceptions.

I am willing to judge DJ again after next season, hopefully with better playmates to throw to. Don’t get me wrong...I’m not anointing DJ the starting job for the next 10 years....he will still have to earn that.....but I also trust Joe Judge and his coaches more than a few guys on BBI who express their opinions.

Okay let’s talk about his turnovers from year one to year two. Are you not pleased with his progress? If you take away all the interceptions he had thanks to butter fingers Engram, he might have only had 6. And I don’t recall that he fumbled the last 5 or 6 games...certainly didn’t lose it if he did.
To me cutting down turnovers is what the likes of Favre and Eli did in post season play or seasons they played well in general. Playing well means obviously winning games and being a playmaker. And as a QB initiating plays. Jones simply has been cutting down on Turnovers to the point where he's not generating enough plays to win games. 12 TDs all year! A month went by without him throwing a TD. He has shown to have 2 gears -- reckless abandon where his pocket awareness is so piss poor he gets strip sacked or too timid where he never throws past 10 yards.
And what is with the blame Engram BS? Since when is a that guy your #1 option? Mcadoo didn't treat him as such. Eli did n't. The dude was either hurt ; disppeared for games when he wasn't, and Eli didn't seem to throw to him much. He still managed to rack up like double Jones TDs and 1000 more passing yards and almost as many wins in 2018; with a defense that was bottom of the barrel. Jones can't even win with a pretty decent defense. all around the league rookies are lighting it up, but we're still in hope and prayer mode that a miracle might happen.
I have no idea what anyone is talking about with 2nd year Eli and the comparisons. I saw a guy who had an awesome deep ball; poise; come from behind clutch plays. He threw too many picks yes, but he was loose and was having fun. Jones looks like he is simply not a starting NFL QB.
In these days, comforting to see this kind of determination and courage.

LOL I like what I saw in XFL from him, he just doesn’t have NFL arm.
You were more right than wrong. Good call.

Jones was a overrated, and overvalued QB who only the Giants would have taken with the 6th pick in the 1st round, and now they are stuck with him.

When the Giants go through their 5th losing season in a row next year, and those who don’t think DJ is not a major reason why need the teaching.

Only been done 4 times since when they changed the rules 6 years ago?
