I know it’s frustrating times as Giants fans the last decade or so but let’s be honest. We all want the same thing here and that’s the giants to win more games and achieve consistent success. I feel in order to do that we need some “dogs” on this team. Guys that aren’t wired the same as the choir boy robots. Guys who aren’t afraid to ruffle some feathers and speak their minds. I’m thinking of guys like LT, Strahan, Antrel Rolle, Shockey, Odell, Brandon Jacobs, Plaxico. Guys that weren’t good old boys and got the job done while also making us relevant. I’m sorry but the front office all the way down the our fanbase has become so complacent. We’re the New York football fucking GIANTS. We used to take names and kick ass consistently. How do we get back?? I believe in Judge and this defense but not much else.

This^^^ is a good summary, but I think Xavier McKinney is gonna be on the list very shortly and is a great fit with Peppers and Ryan at the back end.
On the DL, Dalvin Tomlinson is clearly regarded as the leader but not sure that makes him a Dog. Those 'Bama guys all have attitude.

Logan Ryan and Blake Martinez are pretty damn well respected as being leaders and have very clean reputations.
Gates and Hernandez probably on offense. Maybe big Dex on defense? Generally speaking, not enough "dogs" on roster.
We don't need players who have in-your-face personalities. We need smart, hard-working players who lead by example, not guys who run their mouth.
