Who you got?

I think the Tide roll, pun intended.

Fuck them both.

Alabama wins. 27-17.
What the hell is the flak jacket Mac Jones plays with made out of?
Leg of Theismann : 1/11/2021 7:39 pm : link
He looks like the Pillsbury Doughboy warming up out there, like it literally makes his stomach look like it's twice the size of his chest or something.
Not sure why I didn't take the opportunity to say Pillsbury Throw-Boy
Leg of Theismann : 1/11/2021 7:42 pm : link
with a nod to the late great Jared Lorenzen. Mac Jones seriously looks like Jared out there.

This might be the longest subject tittle in BBI history

I'm As Much Interested

in individual battles and looking at potential draft picks playing against top competition as I am in the game result.

My guess is Alabama smokes OSU, 38-21

Hope Fields is healthy...
bw in dc : 1/11/2021 7:58 pm : link
to give a good account.

And I hope the Ohio State front four can apply enough pressure so the Ohio State back end can hold up.

If they can't, I can see Bama winning pretty big 45-28.

If the front four can deliver, this could be a 38-35 contest.
Lol !

Nice.
Hope this game begins before midnight on the

PSA for those with ESPN app

It lets you watch the game from two different sky cams, the all 222 angle, what seems to be camera on the refs hats, the regular tv cast and others.
I'm going opposite way of what most people are thinking
Leg of Theismann : 1/11/2021 8:17 pm : link
I think Alabama punches them in the mouth, but Fields leads Ohio St. back.

That's why we want Smith, but he'll likely be gone by #11.
Horrible angle by the OSU safety...
bw in dc : 1/11/2021 8:21 pm : link
on the Smith catch.

And just poor tackling by OSU here.

For those of you advocating Waddle....he is TINY. The whole big receiver thing I am into, but we can sign a small, fast, sturdy guy in FA for not that much in Samuel.
Don't

That’s pretty cool. TV sports are way behind what’s possible with technology.
OSU has to give up something...
bw in dc : 1/11/2021 8:28 pm : link
I'd rather Harris beat me than Air Bama.

Right
AcidTest : 1/11/2021 8:30 pm : link
down the field. They really stretched OSU horizontally. That was quite impressive.
Over/Under
Leg of Theismann : 1/11/2021 8:31 pm : link
on how big of a comeback Fields would have to orchestrate for him to overtake Lawrence as the #1 pick? I'm gonna go with 26.

Yeah but can we sign one as fast or as much of a game breaker as Waddle, who’s also about as dangerous a punt returner as could be?

He’d add a much needed dimension to not imply our O but our specials as well. If Smith is gone, he’s the guy I want.
I was incredibly surprised
Leg of Theismann : 1/11/2021 8:33 pm : link
to see how bad OSU's defensive stats against the pass were this year. They were really bad. Aren't they DB-U?
I agree Waddle is to small for the 11th pick
Chip : 1/11/2021 8:33 pm : link
Little people don't last long in the NFL. Smith would be awesome but probably won't be there
If you're not sold on Waddle
OttawaGiants : 1/11/2021 8:35 pm : link
Go watch some highlights. The guy is dynamic. A playmaker, and they need playmakers. He doesn't have the ideal size you'd like but he can still make game changing plays. I've seen some mocks have him as the #1 WR off the board.
Great
AcidTest : 1/11/2021 8:38 pm : link
catch, and a nice throw.

What an answer by OSU.
I really like the way the ball jumps out of Fields arm
PatersonPlank : 1/11/2021 8:39 pm : link
he has a really nice arm

Smith is only 174 lbs.

Waddle is 181, but 3 inches shorter, so he's more thicker-built than Smith, and honestly 5-10, 181 is pretty standard for a slot receiver in the NFL.

If anything if we were worrying about size I'd worry about Smith being too slight of frame to stake NFL hits (but I'm not worried).
What a catch.
SFGFNCGiantsFan : 1/11/2021 8:39 pm : link
All tied up.
Big answer by OSU...
bw in dc : 1/11/2021 8:40 pm : link
They've had two good runs over that left side.
Fields has such a nice throwing motion
montanagiant : 1/11/2021 8:43 pm : link
And can sling the ball really well

Steve Smith, Deshaun Jackson, a couple of guys up in NE to name a few who were around for a while.

He’s going to run sub 4.4 if he’s heathy. He’s what we need. Two sub 4.4 guys on the outside to pair with Jones who’s downfield passing skills are excellent. Waddle is who we shove for at 11. The other guys will definitely be gone.
That kid Ruckert made a great one handed catch
adamg : 1/11/2021 8:44 pm : link
He has 12 catches on the year. 100 yards. 5 TDs. Weird numbers.
should hope for

Sorry
Giving these Bama receivers free releases...

is too easy for Jones.

play.

I hope everyone took the over.

It looks like we'll see a lot of offense tonight.
How do you not call the pick
ryanmkeane : 1/11/2021 8:58 pm : link
in immediately if Smith is there? He’s the best WR I’ve seen in college in quite some time.
Awesome

Um yea, Samuel. Although why do we need him to return punts?
I’ve seen a few mock drafts
BigBlueShock : 1/11/2021 9:01 pm : link
That have Smith going to the Giants. That just isn’t happening. No chance, He will be long gone, possibly top 5 but certainly top 10. Don’t even get our hopes up with that
I don’t put a lot of stock into mock drafts this early
giantBCP : 1/11/2021 9:03 pm : link
In the draft process, but I’d have to agree that Smith won’t be there at 11.
Yeah it’s looking more and more
Everyone Relax : 1/11/2021 9:04 pm : link
that Smith won’t be there. He should be the first WR off the board.
What a boneheaded play by Fields
Leg of Theismann : 1/11/2021 9:05 pm : link
He didn't even try to check if his WRs were set. Was quite clear with where his WRs were when he last looked at them that they were going to get a penalty for not being set if chose to snap the ball right then.
