If he is there at 7 or 8. Trade our 2nd for there 3rd and throw in a 4th or 5th. I walked away from the TV did something happen to Waddle

For those of you advocating Waddle....he is TINY. The whole big receiver thing I am into, but we can sign a small, fast, sturdy guy in FA for not that much in Samuel.

Yeah but can we sign one as fast or as much of a game breaker as Waddle, who’s also about as dangerous a punt returner as could be?

He’d add a much needed dimension to not imply our O but our specials as well. If Smith is gone, he’s the guy I want.

Um yea, Samuel. Although why do we need him to return punts?

Umm, because he’s great at it.

We need playmakers and he can make them in several ways. Why wouldn’t we want to use all his skills? Or anyone else’s for that matter?

Go watch some highlights. The guy is dynamic. A playmaker, and they need playmakers. He doesn't have the ideal size you'd like but he can still make game changing plays. I've seen some mocks have him as the #1 WR off the board.

Highlights? Haha, okay. 5'11 183 doesnt last long in the NFL. Wait until Jamal Adams, Jalen Ramsey or Eddie Jackson or Budda Baker gets a chance to drop him like a dirty penny

That drive stalled because they put themselves in a 1st and 15 hole

for no damn reason. What the hell? Just panicky on the part of Fields. Can't afford to have many drives without points. Settle tf down kid.

Sure, on the rare occasions he doesn't call for a fair catch. He got more and more reluctant to return the ball as the season went forward.

And I didn’t say Waddle was just good at returning punts, I said he was great at it. While I do think Peppers is pretty good when he’s not fair catching, I haven’t seen him be close to great there. At least not yet in Blue.

I honestly think he is instructed to at certain field positions. I agree with your premise that the fair catches have been curious at times, but he looks like he made them so early that it seems like Judge told him not to take chances. You remember Tiki with that shit?

Why? Philly has a billion holes. The OL is putrid, the DL is getting older than hell and they have possibly the worst secondary in the NFL. The QB situation is mind boggling. They are like $60M over the cap. If they want to spend yet another 1st rounder on a WR, that’s good for us. Who’s blocking or playing defense?
