So not sure if any posters won the ticket lottery for the 2021 Masters and the Women's AM, but I won (tickets for the Women's Am) and received an e-mail today saying they are planning to go ahead w/ the tournament but with a limited attendance.
Those who are "chosen" for 2021 can still go and those who aren't chosen will get a refund and guaranteed to get the opportunity to buy the same tickets for 2022.
This time I only won 2 tickets so I'm gonna take my dad. 2022 works a bit better since it will be around his 60th birthday.
Why would you apply knowing you'd be in Ireland? The dates for the Masters are known years in advance.

in 2019. As I checked the date, I realized I would be in Ireland with my family that week. Damn, so close to attending the Masters.

Stan, you enter the lottery a full year before the event, so April, 2018 for 2019 tickets. I was notified in July I had won. I was under the (wrong) impression that the Masters was a week earlier than I thought. So I double booked myself. Yup, I screwed up, but the trip with my four kids was a fantastic memory. One day I will get there.

I hope you paid for a big chunk of that trip when you sold the Masters tickets.
