Oh, the game the officials all but tried to hand to the Packers.
Great win.
If someone released a tape of my ranting that night during the game, I would have 0 friends and have to live on my own island.
I've NEVER used the refs as an excuse or babbled about conspiracies but Holy shit. Something with Rodgers and involving the Tickle Monster after the game in the locker room.
I loved Green Bay and their little onside kick attempt early on. That showed that they were that desperate.

Yep. Refs were awful. Gifted them 1-2 TDs. Giants destroyed them. After the game, Rodgers and McCarthy were dicks, saying crap like they were the better team and just beat themselves. To this day, I despise those bastards. I don't know what I would have done if McCarthy got the Giants job.
What's even more sad is the following day I had to spend money on new car tires instead of putting my money towards going to that game. Stupid fucking responsibility.
Great day. Kicked the crap out of GB and the officials supporting them
We were watching the game together. Some time in the 3rd qtr. he said, "This is embarrassing". I asked him what was worse the Packers play, or the officiating? He just shook his head and got another beer.
I was at that game. I remember the night before we were hanging out at this brewery not far from the stadium and it was full of Giants and GB fans all watching the SF-NO game and all cheering when alex smith went off on them in the 4th quarter. Neither fan base wanted any part of NO the following week. Especially the Giants since we would have had to travel there.
That game was awesome though. One of, if the not the best, live sporting event I've ever attended.
was right up there with Plaxico's performance in the NFC Championship Game in '08. His entire playoff run was unreal but the 1st half of that game was just him showcasing his total package and sparking us to the win.
It's crazy how the Giants won by 17 despite the most one sided reffing I've ever seen in a game going Green Bay's way.
The guy would just catch the ball and inexplicably bounce off of and run between defenders and score TDs (on top of that ridiculous Hail Mary catch against the Packers).
Without Nicks' 2 TDs and Osi's strip-sack, we definitely don't win that game against the Packers. Honestly one of my favorite Giants games of all-time. The fact we went into Lambeau and beat Aaron Rodgers and the 15-1 #1 seed Packers by 3 scores? I mean really, I was just hoping for a good game, to keep it close, but the Giants just imposed their will and dominated in workman-like fashion. Imagine that. A 15-1 Aaron Rodgers team on the Road the the NEW YORK GIANTS actually won a playoff game that contained minimal drama. Unbelievable. What a great day to be a Giants fan.
*NOTE: Nicks averaged 7 rec, 111 yards, 1 TD across the 4 postseason games that year. Talk about clutch.

The Saints killed us in the dome earlier that season, they probably would've done it again. SF did us a HUGE favor by knocking them out
Haha. The officials handed Packers points. Just horrific officiating.
There was an extremely weak roughing the passer call in the second half where Osi and Tuck gave Rodgers a love tap and I think they threw the flag on Osi
Great win.

Boley's sack was huge because that was a 3rd down and the Giants got the ball back to do the Bradshaw run and hail Mary.
HOWEVER, that 2012 playoff run was my favorite of all time and i'm not sure if anything will beat it.
I was at the wildcard win over Atlanta, and I went to the big game in Indy.
Great win.

if Osi doesnt get that ball slapped out it was an easy TD for them.
It washed over me like a wave. At that moment, I knew the Giants were going to win the Super Bowl again.
lol I know. Just fun arguing Super Bowl facts I mean at least we're not complete losers like the Minnesota Vikings or Buffalo Bills or Detroit Lions.

Or what Jints said.
The way Jacobs and Bradshaw finished them off on the ground in the 4th quarter was a thing of beauty. Giants physically pounded them that day
Much a muchness to the Tyree helmet catch? Thinking man emoticon.
Yep. Much appreciated.
