He is great scrambling for yards but he seems incapable of reading the field in the pocket.
Incapable?
Well, he's not Peyton Manning, but he can read a defense. His problem is mechanics and delivery. And I think in these elements, he doesn't throw a ball that can cut through the wind (when he's into it).
But think it’s more because of the weather. Did anyone else notice on the Ravens timeout someone ran out to throw a jacket on Jackson? On one minute timeout? Maybe it’s just habit from the kid with the job, but not sure if the weather is really getting to Jackson or not.
not running, but if they think they can protect Allen enough, why run the ball? The run game isn’t good and it’s a strength of Ravens D. No reason for them to run it. They aren’t scoring points because of a drop in end zone , missed figs, and Allen struggling with wind. Generally QBs get that ironed out at halftime once they get a feel. It’s windy, but it’s not a hurricane.

Even with that's it's what 10-3? They need to make some adjustments.

Disagree. But he won MVP so know I have a minority position but feel league caught up with him and will allow him his rushing yards knowing he can’t read or throw against coverages
I really don’t understand people wanting them to run the ball
Their run game isn’t good and it’s unnecessary for balance reasons. They are protecting him fine considering you just have to do enough so he can beat guys 1 v 1. As a Bills SB ticket holder I want them to continue with gameplan. Allen has to adjust though. No excuses now, got a half under your belt out there. Like I said, windy, but not a hurricane.
thing a team can become is one-dimensional because it allows the D to attack you that much easier. Right now, Baltimore is able to double cover the deep routes.
Buffalo doesn't have to pound the ball - but in windy conditions, to not even run the ball every once in awhile is criminal.
I think you'll see some more runs in the 2nd half, even if just to open up downfield a little more. Buffalo will certainly be 2nd guessed if Allen overthrows another WR and gets picked. It isn't like he's missed high once or twice. It is nearly every throw

What adjustments can they make? Run the ball for minimal gains? Plays are there, players need to go make them.

The Ravens aren’t bringing another safety to stop the run, they don’t have to. Only reason to run ball is if pass rush becomes too much.

6-3. Adjust and try something less dep.
Yep use Diggs and get Beasley more involved to attack the intermediate and short routes.
That's probably the game. Lamar never saw Johnson undercut the receiver. Terrible mistake. Two missed field goals and a 101 yard INT return for a TD make it hard to win.
Usually snowing iirc.
Hope all is well. Miss those days.

So does Jackson
Barely made it.
Oh, well. Tie game.
Really inaccurate.

Yes, he does.

We’ll see. It’s two plays , I could have told you first play out of half is gonna be run.

like McDermott is making an adjustment

But that's all they need. Just threaten to run

Adjusting play calls, and not looking to throw it dep all the time worked well.
