Who are some terrible henchman throughout film literature from your TV point of view?
I think it was in The Princess Bride where Humperdinck (I think it was) sent his foot soldiers and they got killed instantly lol
Come to think of it, Jasper and Horace (101 Dalmations) were useless.
Of course, years later he evolved into perhaps the best henchman in TV history in Breaking Bad
I love how Mandalorian just leans into it and pokes fun at how comically inept they are.
Steven Segal movies shouldn't really count though since he was such an egomaniac who refused to have most of his characters even take one hit from an opponent in any fight scene.
Fun fact: 30 years later, Segal is still ranked by cast and Lorne himself as the worst host SNL ever had on every level.
Rob Scheinder has a funny story about him. Steven walked up and proudly announced "I just read the best script I ever saw!" "Really? Who wrote it?"
"I did!"
Good point. I mean, what the hell was Brad Wesley thinking hiring Tinker? What was he going to do, eat someone?
Yes! When Bill Burr says he was a sniper, and Mando makes a crack about him not being able to shoot because he was an Imperial and he snaps back "I ain't no stormtrooper!" I about died laughing.
Kill bill - everyone she fights
Sure
of course.
No one ever thinks about the effect of a henchman’s death on the family...
