Not to nitpick, but on that last one he was unblocked; free rush.
What I love about those is his short area closing. When he gets in that ~ 6 foot range from the quarterback, he closes so quick, I think he surprises them a lot of the time, where they probably think they have an extra beat or so and then, BOOM!
seems to be his preferred technique, and he's good at it. A few spin moves and some stunting, but he just gets into the defender and keeps pushing him back toward the QB. I love the one where he splits the double-team
Trust DG he knows players - he will def miss but his hits hit big. I love the team he is building.. Hopefully this will help some of the hand wringers. lol
1. His pass rush style seems to line up with what Graham and Judge ask of their defensive linemen.
2. He's really effective against quarterbacks that specialize in extending plays with their feet. He doesn't take wide pass rushing routes that create lanes for QBs that can move.
I think he's the prototypical type of pass rusher you want in 2021.

Good insight. Someone made a comment in the Watt thread about preferring him at his price over Williams. Makes me think of Watt swapping teams and what he would have done last season - gut is he doesn't come close to 11.5 for these reasons, the chase and contain of Williams really jumps out (especially against Seattle).

Problem?
Haha, no. I've just never heard anyone ever call him 'Lenny'.
He chewed up so much ground, so damn quickly.
Because I do not know how much credibility this website has .. it does move off the original topic from this thread.
Chargers (with a lot of cap space) - looking for DL help?
Say it is not so - ( New Window )
Are you related?
Do you call Lawrence Taylor ... Larry also?
; )
