I'm not necessarily suggesting that he's the best WR in the draft, or an all time great, or even that he'd be the best choice for the Giants. But I've watched a lot of football for a long time, and I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone able to do some of the things on a football field that Kadarius Toney can do.

You betcha!

He looks like a slot receiver who can move out wide to achieve certain matchups. Not really a true wideout. With Engram and Shepard still here, the middle of the field would be very crowded. I think that was part of the problem with Tate who was most effective with YAC in the middle.
In an offense with Pitts and Toney, it is hard to choose because it is hard to tell how good each one is separately but to choose between the two of them, I would rather have Pitts.

+1
not doubting or disagreeing with the OP, just wondering. Especially because, to me at least, Waddle and Smith, for all their upside, have potential liabilities.
only in Certain Young girl's hearts - NOT ANY. I just want to be clear about that ..... before the Cops show up with their warrants ..... AGAIN!
eff-off.

I think it likely he goes somewhere in the 1st, and agree it's unlikely he'd make it to the Giants' 2nd.
We all know the offense needs weapons, but other than Barkley, the current front office seems reluctant to spend high picks on them, even when there are good options, I assume because there are so many other needs. Have been drafting DB's high, but not getting a great return on many of those picks.
So maybe this year they'll give Jones a little more ammunition. Some mocks have Devonta Smith in the 1st, though I suspect he'll go somewhere in the top 10. He's another fascinating prospect. The only knock is his skinny build, but nonetheless he's strong and tough. Great hands and routes, and though I've seen numbers put his 40 around 4.5, if it is, he plays much faster. There's tons of video of him blowing by or running away from quality SEC db's. And while I typically prefer big WR's, he looks REALLY fast and could give the Giants the kind of down field threat it seems they haven't had forever.
I think this guy would make our offense explode.
The scouting reports say he'd be a slot WR in the NFL, but I can see him being moved all around in formations. I'd prefer Toney over anyone not named Jamarr Chase at WR in this draft.
A shifty Evan Engram 2.0? Great when we connect, but a potential drive killer.
