This is why I love my wife. She just would've called me an idiot, say, "I told you so," because she probably did, and charm the cops into letting her drive my drunk ass home on a lesser charge like reckless driving.

was recently in a pretty serious wreck. Broke bones in his neck and face, etc. He was 0.3. I love him and don't judge him. But 0.3? WTF.

Fortunately, no one else was hurt and I think my bud is finally going to wake/grow up. Hopefully Damon will too.

I have a former friend, had a lot going for him, who was in that situation and killed two people. Ruined his career and family, and life I suppose. Best to you friend.

Two times he says he would never put himself, his loved ones, or anyone else at harm by getting behind the wheel of a vehicle after his lawyer told him to say nothing. But, he did exactly that by registering the alcohol level he did. He says he's accountable as he hints that he's trying to get out of this. Then he ends it by saying he was home. How do you get a DUI if you were home and not driving?

That BAC is the equivalent of downing 20 shots of liquor? Was he taking speed or some other upper to keep him from losing consciousness?

I think most of us couldn't even stand at that point, much less operate a motor vehicle.

Damon and his wife are frequently guests on the super yachts. Holy cow those two are such raging alcoholics and don’t even pretend to hide it. Damon is literally never sober in one scene. I’ve watched both episodes he’s on and the two of them are actual disasters.

When I heard the news report on WJFK in dc I wasn’t surprised in the least. I text my wife when I heard it, her response was “what were the other charges, resisting arrest and drug possession?”

Seriously, if you get the chance watch the episodes. The dude has a real problem. He has never ending money and a ton of free time. And he has chosen booze to pass the time.

Below Deck a couple times as the primary guest. He gets fucked up for sure and shows some of his true character! His wife isn't too far off either.
