I'm not necessarily a fan of the hymn type that you posted.

Here's a Chopin Prelude. Love them all but No 3 always stood out to me.
Prelude op. 28 no. 3 in G major - ( New Window )
I'm a huge Bach fan and love Baroque in general

Saturday mornings on XM 76 Baroque and Beyond with RObert Aubrey Davis is a great show.

Try any or all of the Bach Brandenburg Concertos
I am a great fan of Bach's Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor.

On a good organ: amazing. I can listen over and over again.
Too many to mention, but a few

years ago for Christmas my wife gave me a 50 box set called "Decca Sound: The Analog Years." It was the golden age of great recordings in the mid-50s when stereophonic high fidelity was making its impact. The microphone placement is perfect, the recordings are sublime and it's a diverse mix of great music. You can still find it on Amazon--but it's not cheap!
Put me down for his 6 suites for solo cello

This is actually available on Apple Music, which may defeat the purpose with the compression, but it sounds fantastic

wonderful piece. I'm partial to the recording with Ceclia Bartoli and June Anderson, but there are many good ones.

I have an anti recommendation, stay away from the John Eliot Gardiner version. Lousy performance.

Ooh great call Marty. My favorite from Bach. I actually am figuring it out on MandoCello (Or well I was anyway - until I lost access to the Mandocello... lol)
Yo-Yo Ma - Bach: Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major, Prélude - ( New Window )
Next Mozart

Try his masses, too. Seek original instruments and the best sopranos.
Thanks guys!
